Center for Social and Economic Development CSED (formerly Moldova Pennsylvania International Center (MPIC)) was founded in October 1996, as a non-governmental organization.
The missionof the Center for Social and Economic Development is to establish partnerships between Moldova and other international communities, chiefly in the area of education, social and economic development and cultural exchanges.
